Designed by Gregory Andrea AIA Architects & 3D Rendering by CharlesGrantArchitecture
33 Bayville is a unique project featuring not one house, but seven houses, divided between two different lots. Bayville is a coastal town on the north shore of Long Island, New York. This town features mostly colonial homes due to the rich history of the town. Purchased from the Native American Matinecock tribe by settlers in 1658. Bayville homes feature a New England coastal style of colonial architecture paying homage to the heritage of the area and settlers that made their livings off of the waters. 33 Bayville features seven homes all delivering a tribute to the history of the town well providing a new modern finish. Designed by Gregory Andrea A.I.A. Architects, and 3D rendering done by Charles Grant Catala.
